Thank you for shopping at Tavirex (tavirex.myshopify.com). We are committed to delivering your premium drinkware and lifestyle accessories safely and efficiently. Below you will find the details of our shipping operations, processing times, and delivery windows.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT will begin processing the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT, or over the weekend, will be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

2. Shipping Destinations, Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Shipping charges and delivery timeframes are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout based on your choice of service.

Note: Delivery windows are estimates provided by our partner couriers (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, Evri) and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was originally placed.

3. Tracking Your Shipment

Every package shipped by Tavirex includes full end-to-end tracking. Once your shipping label is generated, an automated notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout (harrisfazy544@gmail.com or your custom customer email) with your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update online.

4. Wrong Address & Delivery Corrections

Please double-check your delivery address when filling out checkout details. Tavirex is not responsible for items that fail to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer.

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, contact us immediately at harrisfazy544@gmail.com or call 07415587260. If the order has not yet been processed and handed over to our courier, we will gladly update the delivery details for you.

5. Damaged, Stolen, or Lost Packages

We want your premium tumblers and bottles to arrive in perfect condition.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives structurally damaged or broken, please take clear photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at harrisfazy544@gmail.com. We will arrange a priority replacement or full refund.

  • Lost or Missing Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check around your property, with immediate neighbors, or your local delivery office. If it remains missing, contact our support team within 7 days so we can open a formal investigation with the courier on your behalf.
